Welcome Bay Hall has a medium-sized wooden dance floor with fixed seating boxes around two sides. There are 13 tables and 100 chairs available to use. Heaters operate for 20 minutes with a 50 cent coin. The kitchen is stocked with crockery and cutlery for 50 people, as well as a hot water zip, microwave, stove top oven, dishwasher and fridge.
This hall is an unstaffed facility. Keys need to be collected by appointment from the Queen Elizabeth Youth Centre to access the venue.
