- NZSCI undertakes to complete all work to a high standard and in a timely manner, all rubbish and left over materials will be left in a tidy manner on site.
- It is the builders' responsibility to ensure that all framing and substrates are built in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
- NZSCI takes no responsibility for disputes involving a third party and will not be held accountable for any other parties' actions or disputes.
- NZSCI takes no responsibility for any materials supplied by anyone other than NZSCI.
- Only on receiving prior written instructions from the client shall NZSCI carry out any variation, addition or omission to the contract.
- Price on any variation shall be agreed upon by the client and NZSCI and be included in writing and shown separate on the invoice.
- No Changes are to be made by the client to any document supplied by NZSCI.
- Payment of 60% deposit is required before work can commence, this can only be altered if payment terms are discussed before the contract is to begin. If the deposit is not paid, other jobs of which have paid will be set ahead.
- If the client fails to pay NZSCI by the date stated on the invoice on which NZSCI are entitled to receive payment and such failure continues for 5 working days after. NZSCI have the right to recover from the client the invoiced amount as well as any damages/losses and expenses incurred in doing so.
- NZSCI will not be held accountable for any warranties or guarantees that are offered by any other company. NZSCI will follow any guidelines set out for these warranties and works will be completed to a high standard, should the need arise it is the company of which has offered/given these warranties/guaranties to rectify any situation that may arise.
- NZSCI have strict payment terms. We DO require a deposit to secure your job in our jobs list, then either fortnightly progress payments and/or final payment within 5 days of completion. If we have not received a deposit we cannot guarantee priority of your job, those that have paid a deposit come before those that have not.
- NZSCI offer a 5 year Workmanship Warranty.
