Delivery Policy

New Zealand

  • All prices over $250 include free standard shipping within New Zealand.
  • Following receipt of your payment, your order will be dispatched within two working days (unless otherwise notified). For Custom-made lens orders allow 7-10 working days for production before dispatch. You will be emailed on dispatch.
  • Otherwise, please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. Target is next business day, please contact us for urgent orders
  • Orders are sent by New Zealand Courier Post (or an equivalent quality logistics organization), can be tracked, and can be delivered to a PO Box or a rural address.



  • Currently we deliver (and accept payment from) Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Pacific Islands, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK and USA.
  • If you reside in another country and wish to have an item shipped, please contact us and we can advise of the delivery and payment options possible.
  • Your order will be charged in NZ$ at the prices listed on the website. Following receipt of your payment, your order will be dispatched within two working days (unless otherwise notified). For custom-made lens orders prescription glasses, multi-focal and or photochromatic lenses) allow 10 working days for production before dispatch. You will be emailed on dispatch.
  • Our International Economy Courier service delivers to PO Boxes in selected countries and rural addresses.
  • Your order is tracked & traced until it reaches its destination and a signature is collected on delivery.
  • Delivery target is two to six (2-6) working days.
  • PO Box delivery is available in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Netherlands, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Singapore and USA.
  • Please note that international orders may incur a variety of local import taxes, customs, duty, or GST/VAT. EyeLove EyeCare is not responsible for payment of any fees or charges imposed once the package reaches your country — they are not included in your payment to EyeLove EyeCare and are payable to the appropriate government agencies. If you have concerns regarding the imposition of taxes, fees or duties, please research at your end before ordering.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

  • Please contact us with your order number and we will track and trace your item/s. In the unlikely event that your item/s goes missing, EyeLove EyeCare will work with all parties to ensure the item/s is replaced. (This may involve lodging a lost parcel claim with the carrier).

What if my order doesn't fit properly, or stings my eyes?

  • If you have any issues wearing your new eyewear or contacts, please contact our customer services team and we will identify and rectify the problem.
  • If you experience any pain/discomfort with your lenses, please remove them and contact us immediately.

What if the wrong item/s been sent? Or my order is damaged?

  • Contact us immediately, and we will replace the wrong item/s with the correct one. You are responsible for shipping back to the store, but we will ship the replacement to you for free.
  • If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately.
  • EyeLove EyeCare strives for the utmost quality control. But if for some reason you find a fault or are unhappy with your item/s, please contact us immediately. A photo of the fault or damage also helps. See also our return/exchange policy.
