  • We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will replace it for you! (be sure to let our customer services team know beforehand).
  • We guarantee a secure site, warm friendly customer service staff, and good quality products. If you experience any difficulty with any of our products (especially contact lenses) please contact our dedicated in-store optometrist for advice.
  • Same day shipping: all orders are put into action the same business day. Frames and lenses orders will begin manufacture process on the same business day. For more information, check our delivery policy.

Insurance

When buying new frames, ask about our 20/20 insurance for damaged frames and theft on frames. Only available with new purchases.
