NZ Garden & Art Festival Success
The Festival was a great success with visitors to The Lakes during the Garden & Art Festival exceeding expectations. Organisers advised they had 500 people per hour through the Expo Centre at its peak. We hope you had the opportunity to join us, and that you enjoyed the many displays and events held at the Expo Pavilion at The Lakes.Check out some of the photos in our gallery

Dragon Boat Festival
The annual Dragon Boat Festival saw the lake humming once again, with spectacular racing and hundreds of people enjoying this fantastic recreational environment.Stage 3 - Summit update
Continual progress has been made, with Stage 3 "Summit" being the latest release at The Lakes.We are looking forward to the next release in February 2015 "Summit Prestige". These elevated sections will be much sought after with their spectacular views out across the Kaimais.

New Bus Service
Bay Hopper buses have just advised us that they will be starting a new route from the 15th of December, with half hour and hourly services to The Lakes.You can view the new timetable here
