Central Stage 2QRST - over 50% sold!

The new release Central 2QRST (Rochfort Crescent and Conniston Way) construction is nearing completion and the sections are proving popular with over 50% sold with title available in June.

New playgrounds add value...

There's nothing more exciting as a youngster than the discovery of a new playground yet to be explored.

At The Lakes we understand the value that comes from creating a family-friendly environment, hence our focus on having playgrounds up and operational as soon as possible as each new Stage is opened.

Our latest playground can be found on Lakes Boulevard (conveniently located adjacent to our clean modern public amenities - very handy for parents and grandparents with littles!).

The next playground to be opened is part of Central at The Lakes and it is due for opening in June.

The locations of the five playgrounds at The Lakes are:

  1. Lakes Boulevard (new - as pictured top)
  2. 154 Lakes Boulevard adjacent to the Sales Pavilion
  3. Stage One
  4. Pinnacle
  5. Central (opening in June, as pictured bottom)

The area around the Pavilion at The Lakes will be ablaze with wildflowers by the time the festival opens.  Geoff and Liz Brunsden of Wildflower World will sow the seeds in August and you can expect a colourful carpet of wildflowers to greet you in November....

Highly successful charity Walk the Lakes "Yellow Brick Road" held in March at The Lakes... check out the photos...

The Lakes was host to a wonderful fund raising event for The Parents Centre with our cycleways and walkways doubling as a Yellow Brick Road for one day only!

Along the 3km and 6km walk options, walkers "discovered" many of the Wizard of Oz's best loved characters - all there courtesy of Dance Avenue.

If you wish to host an event at The Lakes, then our door is always open - please come and talk to us and we can explore what's possible.
