Commentary on property sales

We have seen continued strong sales throughout 2013 with over 200 sections sold since May last year - it's exciting to see the houses come to life and people move into their new homes at The Lakes.  One of the questions we are often asked is about the shopping complex - the good news is that we are lodging for resource consent this month, so we are moving one step closer. 

From a development perspective, we have commenced large scale earthworks for Stage 3.  At the same time, we have commenced civil construction for Central (2QRST) with titles available in May 2014.  To register your interest in any of these sections, please email us today or pop in for a visit to the Sales Pavilion on Lakes Boulevard.
