You have the right under this Act to obtain access and request correction of any information that we may hold regarding providing financial advice to you. 

It is a requirement of the Act that any breaches in security of your information will be reported to you and the Privacy Commissioner.

We do not sell, or rent, our client and contact lists to anyone for any purpose.
