Hosting includes a free SSL certificate, continuous monitoring and anti-hacking security giving you great peace of mind. At this point in time, none of our ZEST websites has ever been hacked which is a phenomenal achievement considering the volume of websites that we build and host.
Picking the right Zest Monthly subscription for your business is critical in ensuring your website can cater to the number of visitors you will get. The number of contacts in your Customer Database is a good basis for this. However, there are a number of other factors which may influence this, such as the extent of customisations built on your website.

Note: If your website is customised, it may require a more advanced hosting package than that determined by database size.

The Zeald Support Team are available to help you find answers to your website questions by email, phone and live chat. The team is available Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm NZDT, excluding public holidays.
There is a full site back-up every 24 hours with recovery available dating back weeks/months. If you accidentally delete critical information or data, it is not lost forever.
We also offer a paid 24/7 after-hours support service just in case there is something that can't wait for the next working day.
We do our very best to avoid outages and are continually working to improve our website reliability. However, if something happens after-hours, Zeald has a free after-hours emergency support service to make sure things are up and running as soon as possible.

The ongoing investment is funded out of the Zest Monthly Subscription that is paid by all our ZEST customers. Usability testing is a technique used to evaluate a website by testing it on users; by observing their behaviour as they attempt to use the website. The quality of the user experience is the most important factor in buying decisions made on the Web. Not price. Not reputation. Not security. Until you have tested your site for usability, you are losing business!
Until recently usability testing has been unaffordable to small business. Successful e-commerce sites like Amazon, eBay, and Microsoft spend millions on continuous usability testing; but you can get great results for just a small investment. Why usability testing is necessary?
The book "Made to Stick" describes a study with two groups of people: tappers and listeners. Tappers were told to tap out the rhythm of a very popular song, such as "Happy Birthday." The listeners were asked to guess the name of the song. The tappers were confident - they thought 50% of the listeners would recognize the song.
Yet only 2.5% of the listeners guessed the song correctly.
The problem: the tappers could hear the melody in their head, but the listeners could not. The tapper's knowledge caused them to not fully appreciate the situation of the listener.
In website design, companies put up sites based on their assumptions, and it's common not to test those assumptions. This is a dangerous way to go about business. Knowing your business by definition gives you the curse of knowledge.
Usability testing lets you see your site from the perspective of a "listener," that is, someone who doesn't know your business and so might have problems doing what you think is obvious.
