Is your website safe?
Yes.  Our website is kept up to date with latest PCI Compliance guidelines to keep your credit card details safe.  All transactions are processed through a DPS Gateway the market leader in secure payment technology.

I've placed my order, what happens next?
Once you've placed your order online you will receive an email confirming the details you've entered and what you have ordered.  Please double check that all details are correct as this is what we receive as well. 
If you have paid by credit card your order will be dispatched immediately.  If you are paying by direct credit your order will be held until payment has cleared.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it within 1 month of purchase. Returns must be in original condition and in the state you received them and in the original box.  We will happily issue a store credit, swap it for something else or even refund your money less the original courier fee on non-sale items.

When returning goods please make sure there is a note with your contact details and what you'd like us to do even if you have spoken to one of our staff.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
99.5% of all order received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.  North Island orders use a 1-2 day courier service and South Island orders use a 2-3 day service. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.

International orders usually take 3-10 working days.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Credit for all orders.  You can of course come in-store and pay by eftpos or cash as well.

Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?
Yes.  Delivery usually takes 3-10 working days.  There are some brands that we cannot export so we encourage all overseas customers to contact us before ordering anything.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
No.

What do you charge for shipping an order?
We've weighed every one of our products and the cost of shipping each product to your address will be displayed in your currency at checkout.

For overseas orders the delivery charge will be calculated based on the volumetric weight.  Our website does this automatically so as soon as you choose your delivery address in the checkout the cost will be calculated and added to your order.

For any returns or swaps you'll need to pay to return the goods to us and we'll pay the return charge. 

Do you do back orders? 
Yes.  Our website is integrated with our inventory system so if an item is out of stock it will say so.  You can still place your order though and we will ship it once new stock arrives.  Be aware that it may be days or months before we restock so we encourage you to ask us for an ETA before you place your order.
