How much does a marquee cost? 
We have marquees that fit 10 people and we have marquees that fit 600 standing. So each marquee is a different cost. Prices start from $350 + delivery. For an event with 100 people you are looking at a few thousand dollars. 
 
How many people does a marquee fit? 
We have marquees that fit 10 people and go up to 640 people standing (360 seated).  We work with you to get the right marquee to fit your needs. 
 
Where do we operate?
We are based north of Auckland in Warkworth, but we are happy to travel to most places. We are happy to meet to discuss your event either at our showroom or at your site (or over a coffee somewhere).
 
Do you set up and take down?
 Yes, as we deliver the event hire and install/ dismantle the marquee and flooring. We can set up your event hire for a small additional fee.  
 
When will you arrive to put the marquee up?
We usually put the marquees up for weekend events on the Thursday or the Friday, and take them down again on the Monday or Tuesday. We are flexible though and work with your needs.  

Allow 3 - 4 hours for installation. 
 
Do the marquees have any flooring?
We can provide flooring options for your marquees, including jute matting, dance floors and Profloor.   Profloor is a grey plastic tile that clips together. We install all flooring for you.   
 
How many guests can I seat around a table?
Our round tables seat up to 8-10 guests and our trestle tables can fit 8.  For a head table we normally only use one side of the table. We can work with you to figure out the number of tables you need for your event. 
 
What about the weather?
However much we can plan for a perfect event, we can’t of course plan the weather.  Our marquees are NZ made, 100% waterproof and wind resistant.  The walls can be on or off depending on the weather.
 
Other equipment hire
We do more than marquees! We have tables, chairs, cutlery, chiller trailers, bars, spit roasters, market umbrellas and glassware. We also a range of furniture being created for the cocktail party/ lounge area of your event.  

Can you style/ decorate our event? 
Yes, we can.  We love creating a vision and making it happen.  Talk to us about your needs and we will give you a quote for our services.
 
Do you do things other than weddings
YES! We can help with your birthday party, dinner party, baby shower or your Friday night drinks. Warkworth is where we are based so we especially love being able to help the local area with all of their celebrations big or small. 
 
Where can the marquees be installed? 
Generally our marquees can be erected anywhere. If your venue is in a public space, a special license is sometimes required from your local council. Our peg and pole marquees must be able to be pegged in.  Our Clipframe marquees can be installed concrete if required.  

Our team install all of the marquees and we do not offer "dry hire" expect for our ezy up gazebos. 


Marquees over 100m2 will require a temporary building consent from your local counsel. The client is responsible for this. We can help if required for an additional fee. 

 
What are your Terms and Conditions of hire?
Our Terms and Conditions are industry standard, they cover all the basics such as access, payments etc. If you have any questions about them please don't hesitate to contact us and ask.
I’d like to make a booking; what should I do now?
You can fill out our contact form with as much detail as possible about the event, date, place, number of guests etc.  Alternatively, you can always ring us if you’d prefer, and we can chat through your requirements. 
Once you’re ready to go ahead you’ll need to pay a 20% non refundable deposit to secure you booking. If you would like to make amendments to the quotation, this is absolutely fine and we will only take your deposit once you are happy. 

Covid 19 
What happens if Covid-19 levels mean I no longer can have my original date/ numbers? 

Our goal is to always get your married or for you to have your event! We postpone instead of cancel.  There is no fee to change dates or details of the event if we move levels.  

Payments 
20% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. 
The balance will be due 10 days before your event, and we will send you an invoice for this. All payments to be made by direct bank payment or in our showroom via card.  If you find you need to make any amendments to your booking, that’s fine, just keep in touch and give us as much notice as possible. Please note that all deposits are NON Refundable, in line with our Terms of Usage.
