Sentencing matters can prove to be extremely complicated and by law must take account of a range of considerations, some of which may be in conflict, including; the seriousness of the offending, the interests of the victim, consistency with sentences imposed for similar offending, and the personal circumstances of the offender. This seminar will take a practical approach in looking at the key issues and the implications of recent developments in this area and will help ensure that you are able to achieve the best possible results for your clients.
