Theresa is a Senior Solicitor with the Ministry of Social Development and is a specialist in Social Security Law. She graduated from Auckland in 1991 and has worked in several private law firms as well as in-house counsel within the public sector. Theresa commenced as a senior solicitor with the Ministry in 2000, and regularly presents to professional groups including the NZLS CLE, ADLS, CA ANZ and NZLAW.
