Within New Zealand

Delivery is free for every order over $100.00 exclusive of GST. Orders less than $100.00 excluding GST have a flat delivery fee of $9.00 + GST.

Part of our promise is to make it easy for you to shop with HSE.

Following receipt of your payment, your order will be dispatched within two working days (unless otherwise notified). Please allow approximately 1 – 3 working days thereafter for delivery.

All orders are typically dispatched via Courierpost (or an equivalent freight forwarder), and can be delivered to rural, P.O Box addresses and care of your local Post Shop.
 

International

Currently we deliver (and accept payment from) Australia, USA, Canada, and the UK. If you reside in another country and wish to have an item shipped, please contact us and we can advise of the delivery and payment options.

Your order will be charged in NZ$ at the delivery prices listed on this website. We can not advise of the exact timing of the delivery due to the number of variables, but typically internationally they are delivered within 2 weeks.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

The majority of HSE orders are dispatched using very reliable and professional courier companies.

Unfortunately things do go missing from time to time.  Should you find that this has happened, or you believe it's happening, rest assured, we will work to find a solution to your problem.

Simply send us an email with your order number and any other necessary details, and we will immediately follow this up for you.

The same process should be followed for;

• The wrong items being sent
• Damaged product
