Following a restructure compliance teams within a government agency wanted develop a foundation to work together effectively.
Hedgehog Consulting was engaged to provide online individual and team development profiling services and team development workshops.
We ran a series of workshops for teams and the leadership team. The workshops were built upon individual profiles generated by an online profiling tool, the Team Management Index. We were able to:
- Provide individualized profiling reports and development guides, based on working preference
- Identify the work preferences across teams, and the wider group in comparison to job and business unit functional requirements
- Develop a profile of each teams working preferences and an overall group profile
- Explore the new structure and what it meant in practice for the team and individuals
- Develop team level development/action plans based around team strengths, gaps, and new functions
- Work with team managers 1:1 post workshop to address issues, and staffing gaps
- Identify team and business unit opportunities, challenges, and develop leadership strategies and actions
Following an initial engagement Hedgehog Consulting was recommended and began work with teams across the wider business unit and the leadership team. We continue to work with some of the teams.
