Your contact information and family details will not be shared with any third parties.
Information Bump to Baby collects from you for the purposes of booking our classes and courses:
- Name
- Contact information
- Interactions with us
- Billing or purchase information
- Baby's name and date of birth
- Baby's medical history if applicable
We collect your personal information in order to know:
- How many people have signed up to courses, including who has come to all sessions and who has cancelled, which helps to provide refunds or transfers should they be necessary.
Baby's age in order to teach the appropriate massage strokes.
Bump to Baby will not collect data relating to your baby without the express permission of a parent or caregiver. In practice, we only process the following information relating to your baby:
- Baby's name
- Date of birth
- Medical history (if appropriate)
Providing some information is optional. However, if you choose not to enter their baby's age and medical history we'll be unable to identify whether the course you've chosen is appropriate for you and your baby.
Bump to Baby does not hold your information any longer than is necessary to provide you with our services or to comply with applicable law. We would expect to retain, store and use your information for the duration of any classes and courses you attend. We keep your information for 3 months at which point we securely destroy it by removing and deleting all data.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you'd like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at bumptobabynz@gmail.com.
